Laura Konst:

IWelcome to the Tali and Loz podcast where we discover spirituality together. And Phoebe is Back. So excited, she's back. And we're gonna talk about female empowerment. And the interesting is, it's the spiritual side of female empowerment, which is again, super interesting, because I am sure I will learn a lot again. So Phoebe, welcome. Thank you. And tell us how does what the spirituality has to do with female empowerment? And how would you how do you use it? Hmm,

Phoebe:

it has to me it has so much to do with female empowerment as women. For years and years and years and years, we have shot parts of ourselves away, we've suppressed things. And there's a huge thing as well with the spiritual side where you can go into kind of a journeying and go back long your family bloodline, and we do a lot of work with the witch trials. Nobody ever really thinks about the witch trials, they just kind of think, Oh, is it fiction? Or is it not? Is it just a film like what happened? The witch trials are one of the most like brutal things to ever happen and you know, injustice to happen to women all over the world. And as women, we carry trauma through our family bloodlines over and over and over and over until somebody decides one day, do you know what it stops of me no more, we're not going to carry that on, it's not going to go to my daughter, it's not you know, it's not going to continue. So we've spirituality and the female empowerment it bringing them together gives us such amazing opportunity to journey in meditation to download stuff from our guides, you know, it brings us as well to that kind of acceptance of our soul VR body. And when we get to learn our soul for who she truly is, we can do such deep releasing work to kind of come back into alignment. So bringing spirit into, like I do with everything in the female world is just incredibly powerful. It's incredibly powerful.

Laura Konst:

Mm hmm. And how did you come about this? Was it your spirit team, again, that would guide you into this way?

Phoebe:

Yeah, yeah, it was my spirit, my guides again. So I had grief and spirit that we spoken about before. And that was moving beautifully. And I had quite a few women that were contacting me and they were asking me more not so just about grief. But how to tap into that powerful part. Like I talked about being powerful in grief, which to me is such a thing. Like you can be two things you can feel deeply vulnerable, and in deep pain when your grief, but you can also be so incredibly powerful. And you know, like so strong in your kind of soul mission. And women would be messaging me like, how do you do that? Like, what's the work? Like? What's that work? Like? You talk about this on your grief stuff, but I don't understand what what do you do. And and I just had this huge download like this is for like, this is the time now for the women is a huge time for the women. And interestingly, my grief page, I only talk to women, I don't ever get men really reaching out to me very, very rarely. So without knowing it's kind of magnetize and created that whole world of women having a safe space to kind of connect and be their true self. So I started Sisters of soul with 15 of my friends. That's how it started 15 of us. And it was going to be a space where we would share a space where we would work through some of our darker parts or traumas or pains. And I didn't have a clue how it would look. There wasn't like a plan. But I just trusted like I always do a spirit just say right, you tell me and I will I will lead like tell me and I'll go and so we did. I started that. And it just escalated from there to you know more and more and things unfolding. And yeah, it's just continues.

Laura Konst:

And so looking at it like the darker part is its shadow is you do a lot of shadow work. That's the name for it, isn't it? Yes. Yeah.

Phoebe:

Yeah.

Laura Konst:

So how does that look like? What can people do to work about their shadow side? Isn't it a bit scary as well? Because you have to go within?

Phoebe:

Well, yeah. The thing is shadow. It sounds scary as well, doesn't it? Because it's shadow. It's the darkness. It's not the light. And this is the thing as humans and as souls. We are so fixated on everything being happy light, it has to be this it has to be that if it's not as bad is negative, it's terrible. Like we shouldn't be angry, we shouldn't feel those things. So what we do as souls automatically and as humans is we shut those things away and we lock them down. So if you can kind of envision a human with this like beautiful soul that was full of lye and she was born as a baby, she was nothing but complete, pure balanced energy. And then as she grows through life, from traumas, from childhood experiences, from schooling, from friendships, from relationships from simply was unspoken things she's read about. So Social media, anything that starts to place darkness within the light body, okay, and it builds and it builds, and it builds and it builds. And then we get to these ages of like being like 30 to like me, and sitting there and being like, where has that, you know, where has that brightness gone? Like where? Why have I got so much heaviness on my soul? Like, why am I so heavy, and the shadow work is being first of all brave enough because it can be scary, of course, it can be scary, we don't ever want to look at our dark parts we don't we feel safer in the light, we don't want to we don't want to dress the dark. But what we need to do is allow ourselves to travel into those shadow parts and go into them, and work through them, we need to feel them, we need to share it, we need to shift it, we need to move it. And when we do, we're freeing up parts of our soul over and over and over again. And it's not that shadow work. You do it in a day. And then you're like, Yep, I'm aligned to him. And I'm gonna walk through life and everything's fine. Work is forever. It's like a daily practice is the daily thing of you know, I could be wake up, do my morning ritual, get in my room, you know, my space. And then I could go on the school run, for example, and something will knock me out of balance. And it's about going home. It's about sitting is tracking where why is that triggered me? Why is that triggered me? Is it? Have I been physically triggered by that tiny action of somebody at school? Or does it run deeper and nine times out of 10 you go in you listen to yourself, and she will show you it runs so much deeper, it will be something so much bigger that happened as a child or through a trauma that you shut away. And you need to work on it. We have to work on it. We can't step into our feminine power until we work through our shadows and accept them embrace them.

Laura Konst:

Wow. So that's also working on responding to things rather than reacting to things. Yeah, because that's something that I had to do and still have to do a lot of work on myself. I'm a reactor I react quite quickly. But yes, it's more the responding that I have to work on. But that has is similar. It was similar or the same even Yes,

Phoebe:

very so yeah, we call it tracking the trigger. So within Sisters of so and it's actually something my mom taught me. Because this used to do and my dad as well. So we used to track our triggers. So you could have a situation that's deeply triggered you, but then you back it, track it through your energetic body, your spiritual body, your physical body, like what does it look like? What like is it a color? Is it a sensation? Where is it in your body? Is it trapped in your chest as an anxiety? Like what is it feel it like an almost love it be like, I'm so accepting of that. And I so understand why you feel that way. And I love you anyway. And now I'm going to set you free. Like you don't need to stay within my you know, my energetic body anymore. It's constant work, and it's nice to see them.

Laura Konst:

Yeah, I really liked that she I think there's something yeah, that's, that's something I should I should definitely be trying to work on. It's very difficult because you have to be very mindful all the time. Yeah. And if you're just running around, they sometimes forget to be mindful and you just react again. And you said also about that the females have been sort of suppressed our femininity. So what is the difference between the masculine and feminine energies? Yeah, and the world we live in actually, that's

Phoebe:

the world we live in. So as women there's not one woman that won't ever say that she hasn't felt shut down in her life there's not a woman that will not say she's not felt scared around like the energy of a male and it's not about males being this bad energy V women I have incredible men in my life. I have my two sons, I have my husband, my brothers, my dad in spirit, like I love men and the masculine energy. It's about women also being like, allowed at last that stage to be on you know, it's not just the men what happens is, and this is what we've spoken about before, is men run on this 24 hour fast paced cycle and that matches the sun. Okay, so it's the sun energy, it's 24 hours, it's quick, it's every day is a new day and we work and it's nine to five and it's this rat race, okay. And as women we match and work with the moon that's naturally what we do, which is a 28 day cycle. So it is impossible for us as women to be aligned like you said when you react because you're in this 24 hour cycle if you slow down and let yourself match and move to the moon move to the diet like the times when they're mean you know if the means fall is a time of release so don't push yourself let yourself be vulnerable go into your emotions do your shadow work if the means new it's your time to manifest you use that maiden energizing like beautiful week to be like yes, I can do this yes, I'm going to create it yes, I'm going to do all the things and move that way. So work your life as you know is a 28 day cycle stop with this whole matching a man because we are not meant to match men. We are so so so different, deeply, deeply different. And women are pushed to live in this society that is far it's my is man it's a man's world is Made for that, and not for women. But it's up to us as women to say, You know what, no more I won't work in that way. Because it doesn't, it's not aligned to me. I take my power, I take that my power, and I'm going to move in the way that moves me.

Laura Konst:

So if you if women on their natural menstrual cycle, often you hear women say, oh my god, I'm the same as my friends. Yeah, it's for a reason people, because most women, if you think about it are half the menstrual cycle the same, and it all aligns with the moon.

Phoebe:

Yeah, everything aligns with the main, it's fascinating years ago, as well, with our when we used to bleed as women, we would be allowed to go to like a temple and rest. And we'd basically lay there for you know, five days, we'd be with all our women, we'd all bleed, we drink wine and food. And it would just be like an incredible space to rest. Now, if you're on your period, and you've got to go and work your nine to five job and you've got to do this, you've got to do that it doesn't match us. It's not what we're meant to do. Our body is like, Oh, my God, will you stop slow down, like is screaming for you to just like, calm it down. So we have to start being more mindful about where am I energetically it? Where is my cycle? How does that fit into me? And how am I going to move through this next few days? To align to what I should be doing?

Laura Konst:

Yes, yeah, I think it's so difficult. I hear a lot of women do say, Oh, it's just too much around my periods just too much. And it's because of that, like, there's so much happening in your body. And if you then have a job or working for other people. It's it's it's very difficult because you have to plow through you can't call in sick every month.

Phoebe:

Yeah, yeah, it's really hard. And this is the thing like when women get really emotional around their period, really moody, really angry. That is simply because we are suppressing what needs to come out. Come out is our beautiful language. We need to sit with other women and cry about how we know we're moving things for us what needs to move, but we don't we we fit and we squash and we don't I mean, we water ourselves down constantly. And we've tried to actually think that just is not us. It's not aligned to us. And it's never been it's never been

Laura Konst:

with your circle sisters. So do you also do a lot of Moon living then as well?

Phoebe:

Yeah, we do. We do so much stuff. Like literally, there's probably things there's nothing that we don't do, we do everything, we have circle twice a month, and every single week, it's something different. So we might do female archetypes we might do Moon work, we might do wind work we might do shadow work. With there's just so much stuff with our you know, spiritual stuff. So much, because it's just, there is so much you can go into when you start tapping into your feminine, there's so much that needs to be healed. And not just you in this physical life. But for your ancestors. Like I said, the witch trials, there's a lot we have to heal a lot as women, if we want things to change, and we like the shift, we've got to start going within and listening and just slowing it down. And you know, working with how we want to work. So yeah, we do so much stuff. It's just as so all sorts

Laura Konst:

also. So everybody can join the group, you have to fill in a little form as as normal. And then everybody can join with that as well. And how I will put the description also actually in I will put the Facebook group in the descriptions as well for everybody who wants to join. So, you will also briefly talked about alkalizing Hmm, so what does that actually mean? Because you see that word like alchemy? Am I kind of what does that mean? And how does it fit into the female empowerment? as well? Yeah, so

Phoebe:

alchemy for me is turning things to gold. So it's the light Okay, so when we outcome eyes or shadows or traumas we are turning them from dark to light. So we're shifting that shadow and we are alkalizing it to gold. So that's why Yeah, I use the word alchemy quite a lot, the alchemist, how we can alchemize things. You know, there's so many ways we don't have to just sit and track a trigger. Like I said, you can do it through movement movement is one of the most powerful things to alchemize like putting on some music and letting your body move the way she wants to move. So no holding back no worrying because no one's there. No one's watching you. Just be like how you need to be on shift emotion three free movement. That's alchemy. Writing is alchemy. Expressing three words is alchemy. Meditation can be alchemy, there's so many things that are Yeah. Alchemy.

Laura Konst:

So it's basically bringing the heart the body soul and mind back into balance. Yeah, in different ways and people can find their own way and

Phoebe:

how to do it 2% Yeah, and what works for one woman might not work for another you know, or it might you need to also remember and I've talked about this a lot and sisters are so if someone's moved during the movement, right the movement outcome and it's working so well for her and you do it and you just can't Get into it. While she might feel it's not for you look at the resistance because there's a resistance because it triggers you. So look at why go into that go deep, go deep go deep find out like why do I feel so resistant to let my body hat move how she wants to move? What is that. And when you start, you're realizing you'll be like, Oh my god, like Bob Bowman. And then it will be it will come and then you'll be fine. You'll be able to do the movement, you'll be able to tap into that part. But the resistance is always just because something within our system feels uncomfortable. And it needs to be shifted.

Laura Konst:

Yeah, it's often it's a feeling embarrassed ferrocement as well, I think,

Phoebe:

yeah. Which is a shadow, isn't it and weren't born as a baby feeling embarrassed. You were conditioned throughout life to feel embarrassed. So it's going into that and working through those parts that have been made to pit like made you feel embarrassed?

Laura Konst:

Yes. Until you come on come over that bridge. I joined the circles as well from Becky and Bashar to flow of like community, you know, back in Russia as well. And they were doing like voice to put up your voice as well open up your mouth and the funny noises. But even if you're on Zoom, and everybody's doing it, you've what I personally feel so embarrassed, but everybody is doing it.

Phoebe:

Yeah, there's the resistance. And that, again, comes from as a woman, you've held your voice back for so long. You've swallowed your words, you've stayed quiet. And you know your ancestors. They've not spoken out when they wanted to they've Yeah, they've stayed in the background. They've not spoken their truth. Yeah, there's so much that comes from our throat chakra, especially being blocked as women. It's so so common, because we have just constantly not said what we really want to say because we just wanted to know for it and slot in.

Laura Konst:

Yes, yes. Yeah, that's what it is definitely. And I think also, I was surprised talking about female empowerment as well, I think on myself, actually surprised that I've got podcast, and it happened. So naturally, I was actually just talking to people in spirituality. And I was asking so many questions. And something inside of me said, you should share this with the world. And I didn't understand why it was until and you know, the story because we talked about it until there was multiple people, I put up the podcast, multiple people came to me and said, I've never told anyone. But I could see this when I was child, I could feel I could feel this, I believe in it as well. But I thought I was a bit weird. And I could never talk about it. And all of a sudden, people start to open up just because they listen to my podcast talk to people. At

Phoebe:

exactly. This is the thing with empowerment and all of this work like anything to do with spirit with female everything. When one woman shares her truth, that is the permission slip to other women to be like, Oh my god, I'm going to do the same. I'm here to share my truth, I'm gonna talk about my stuff. And then she steps up, and then other women behind her step up. And it's like a report effect being drawn. It's like one activates and then it activates 10 and it activates 20. And it's you know, I mean, and it just goes through and through and through. It's so important. It's so important for women to speak their truth.

Laura Konst:

Yeah. And I think also, you know, it's cool when you see you've got like 100 downloads on a podcast. To me, those people because some of them I've known for years. And all I have never never ever thought they would either believe in it, or they never, you know, talk about and all of a sudden they tell me actually, I did have it. But I didn't tell anybody. To me that's already. You know, my podcast is is a winner just because that one person Yeah. Or multiple now, but yeah, it's it's beautiful. It's heavy for the things that I've thought. And I think yeah, that's about the female pounds that that you said, I can actually definitely see that, that we all because she might talk about other people talk about it to other people, and they might open up

Phoebe:

that crate. And that's how Sisters of soul has become what it is. It was 15 of my closest friends. Literally, that's all it was to share our deepest parts of us and work through our trauma and our shadows. Yeah, and now it's you know, just growing and growing. And we've got our retreats and we do our circles, and there's just so so much coming from it. And it's not through a pushed thing I say all the time on the greatest never about a space of like an ego or a leader or one being above another or like you've done this for two years versus you've just started it's a collective. It's a collective of women just standing for one another and saying you know what, no more am I going to be in the shadows, no more am I going to be silenced? I'm going to share what I want to share and it's going to be heard, and it's hurt from other women and when we are hurt in our you know, in our pain and our trauma, there is huge healing in that has to feel seen for how hard things have been in life is incredibly powerful. So when women stand for one another, and they hold that space, energetically for a woman that share it, it's just incredible. It's incredible.

Laura Konst:

And what kind of retreats do you do? Are you going to like beautiful island and Ibiza chilling out? It always sounds like that doesn't matter. retreat?

Phoebe:

Yeah, like a proper full week retreat? I mean, that would be it will be on the cards for sure. But not right. Not right. Yeah, at the moment, our retreats a day retreats and they are local, they're in Buckingham share, and they are a full day of the divine feminine. So it's like a discovery of soul we do deep shadow work, we do a lot of like back and forth sharing trust work, we do a lot of womb work. We have a beautiful finish at the day where we have one of my beautiful friends play a gong bar for everybody. So we're working through, you know, with the sound and letting all of our systems reset after the day. It's just Yeah, it's a beautiful day.

Laura Konst:

And where is it always in same place in Buckinghamshire,

Phoebe:

like share. So the event details are always on the Sisters of soul page. We've got one in October and one in December. And then we've got some planned for next year, which I will put up this time.

Laura Konst:

And everybody who joins the Sisters of soul Facebook page can also join their retreats if they sign up.

Phoebe:

So yeah, with the page just has everything on it. I do lives on there. We have little chats, people post pictures and quotes, whatever they want to share on there. And then in the events section, you've got the circle details, which twice a week, twice a month. And then you've got yet the event like the retreat or we had an event recently a program called the discovery, which is like a three day coaching with me. So things like that will go up. So there's always stuff we did the autumn equinox circle, there's just always stuff on there. Just different events.

Laura Konst:

Yeah. So it's very active as well. It's a lot of it's, I think it's brilliant for those who really want to work on themselves. And like you said feel silenced. But they want to come out of the shadows, I have to say in the shadows of the world. And 2% Yeah, and then come out. I think it's beautiful. You would help so many people with this. I

Phoebe:

hope so that is the aim. That is the aim.

Laura Konst:

Yeah, I think because you're so approachable as well. And you have a lot of it because you're so close to your spirits. And they are there to guide you. You've got so much power in your in around you in you and around you. Yeah, that will help a lot of people.

Phoebe:

This is yeah, it's all new. It was not new. But like I said, it's not something I ever thought I would do. Like you said with your podcast, because I was so scared of speaking my truth. So I was terrified, terrified of being judged terrified that people would say stuff about me. What would that look like? What if I said the wrong thing? And as soon as you start working in that and being like, why is that? Like why do you feel that way? Phoebe like who and what and when, like work through it. And you just crack yourself open to just explore life so much more deeply, and you know, have these experiences and help women like my purpose. And my mission in this this life is just simply just activate and help people. Like I want them to feel their power. I want them to discover so much about themselves. I want them to heal their bloodlines. I want them to work through their grief and like, you know, travel this beautiful journey that is our life. Yeah. So yeah, it's, it's amazing. It's incredible work.

Laura Konst:

I think so. And I think also, even though you have you have two sons, right? Yeah. But I think even for our generations our age to start to open up especially because we weren't we always had it, but we cannot talk about it. And definitely our generation before could not talk about it. But I think our generation is, but we also then open up all the conversations for the little ones at the moment, whether it's male or female or non binary.

Phoebe:

Absolutely. And that's so so important right now the amount of children at the moment. And we'll talk about this another time we said when we excuse me the amount of children that are just waiting to have this like incredible path unfold where they're going to be doing a lot of work, a lot of work with spirit with you know, they're just gonna it's gonna be crazy is crazy. And it's so important. Yeah, to guide our children through that. Yeah, hugely.

Laura Konst:

Definitely. It will be another podcast because we there will be another hour of chatting. We will do another because Phoebe has also her main mentor and coaching but also her own children, as well. And yeah, I'm so curious. I don't have any children of myself just yet. But I would love to know, like, how do you guide these little ones? Because that's another skill. Yeah, it's another skill. So it will be another podcast for those who want to hear all about that. Yeah, Phoebe, I know that you will. You are helping a lot of people and you will help a lot more people as well. And I wanna I'm so grateful that you are so open about everything and that you can share and help other people whether male, female, non binary to open up themselves. It's so important. It's very, very important. I will put again, all Phoebe's details in the descriptions, everybody's welcome to join the Sisters of soul. as well and it's beautiful just to help yourself and work on yourself and you don't have to be active on the group right you can just you can listen and learn

Phoebe:

your if you want. Yeah, whatever you want to take from it. You can

Laura Konst:

you can or you can be very active. It's all up to you. And thank you again so much Phoebe and I'm looking forward to our next podcast as well. Yes, thank you. Thank you Jev is back. She's gonna tell us everything about the Sagittarius season. See you then!
